For every action there is a result, whether intentionally or not there is a result of doing things. A farmer plows a field with the intention of sowing crop, unintentionally digs up worms which can be eaten by birds, this is a result of his actions but not an intentional one, kamma is intention, volition, a choice, not the side effects of those choices.
Right action is abstaining from taking life, abstaining from taking what is not given, abstaining from unchaste behaviour, as well as following these and the other rules to the letter so that they actually prevent us from stopping the taking of life, stealing, and unchaste behaviour, and helping others.
Taking life
This is simple not killing, or the simple act of not being physically, or verbally threatening.
Taking what is not given
This seems simple but it is not simply referring to stealing it is about not taking what you think is there also, it is taking what is given, and only what is given, this refers to both physically and mentally, because we can steel more than just physical things, we can take attacks even when there is no attack there. We can take our views as truth, and not just a fabrication of what we perceive, and if we are perceiving what isn't there we are not recognising what it is.
Unchaste behaviour
This is simply being trustworthy in relationships, not adding to what is there, but more specifically being faithful and not luring someone in a relationship away from their partner. Someone who is unchaste is in a was a thief as they take away others trust in them, but they are being antisocial in one form.
