Author:Bokar Rinpoche
Although this book uses Tibetan & Sanskrit words I at times was not familiar with (good glossary in the back), it has Some of the best advice I have seen for meditation.
At the time of reading this I had no opportunity to speak to teachers or to any experienced practitioner about practice, so this book became my guide book, when I hit problems, reading a chapter daily I often noticed things that were helpful, missed on the last reading or forgotten.
At around £10, I highly recommend this book for all levels of experience and any tradition as a source of advice.
