Puna ca paraṃ, bhikkhave, bhikkhu dhammesu Dhammānupassī viharati,
Mendicants, at another time a meditator abides contemplating (either external or internal) phenomena that arises, stay and pass away in the mind as mental phenomena,
Catusu Ariyasaccesu.

Mendicants, here a meditator clearly know the reality “this is stressful;”
“ayaṃ Dukkhasamudayo” ti yathābhūtaṃ pajānāti,
they clearly know the reality “this is the origination of stress,”
“ayaṃ Dukkhanirodho” ti yathābhūtaṃ pajānāti,
they clearly know the reality “this is the destruction of stress,”
“ayaṃ Dukkhanirodhagāminī paṭipadā” ti yathābhūtaṃ pajānāti.
