Among those who are hostile, they dwell free from enmity.

Among those who are afflicted, they dwell free from affliction.

In good comfort they live turning greed into non-greed.
Among those who are greedy, they dwell free from greed.

In good comfort they live turning enmity into non-hostility.
Being those who feed on joy, just as the radiant devas do.

Hatred comes from conquest, the defeated live dissatisfied.
In comfort the calmed dwell, having done away with victory and defeat.

There is no fire like passion, no defeat like giving into hate.
There is no stress like attachment to the sensorial aggregates that condition the appearance of life, and no pleasure like the calm of going beyond.

Hunger is the greatest form of disease, mental fabrications are the greatest form of stress.,
Having known these things as they reality are, then nibbāna is (known) as the greatest happiness.

Health is the greatest form of gain, contentment is the greatest form of wealth.
Trusted companions are the greatest form of family, and nibbāna is the greatest happiness.

Savouring the flavour experienced in solitude & calm.
Being free from fear & not unskilled, they experience the joy found in the dhamma.

It is good to see the noble beings, always associating comfortably.
One is always pleased by not meeting fools.
207.
Living in commune with fools, one will lament for a long time.
Stressful is associating with the fool, as you are always with an enemy.
Pleasant is associating with the wise, like meeting with family.
208.
Therefore –
In regard to those who are intelligent, discerning and learned, able to bear the burden of ethical conduct and observe the practices aiming toward the deathless.
Those with such qualities of the wise and upright, they should be associated with, just as the moon follows the path of the constellations.
