TRANSLATORS INTRODUCTION
This is a translation of some of the teaching of the Venerable Acariya Maha Boowa (Bhikkhu Nanasampanno). It is compiled and translated from some of his Writings and transcriptions of his Dhamma Desana ('Talk on Dhamma’) printed in the Thai language.
It is the Wish of the Venerable Acariya that all of his publications and translations thereof be the possession of everyone who has the interest and Saddha. If anyone wishes to have them reprinted for free distribution as a gift of Dhamma, he may do so without having to seek further permission.

NOTES TO THIS ELECTRONIC VERSION
This E-book came about through my wish to make this particular out of print book more widely accessible.
In the efforts to produce this edition British-English has been used for ease in spell checking. And every effort has been made to make it stylistically the same as the hard-bound edition. Unfortunately I could not keep the images.
I would like to thank my partner for her work in typing the first few chapters, and the many resources used to turn the hard-copy book into a editable document.
Any errors the reader may find are gladly received through any of the means to contact myself via cittasanto.weebly.com. And I apologise for any misunderstandings my failings in producing this document has led too.
May you grow in the Dhamma
