Be One Who Is In Harmony With Oneself

11/6/2013

What one says one should do,and this should be what we expect of ourselves. We should not say one thing and do another, think one way and act another way. If we are like this we are disharmonious with ourselves, and ultimately lying.

Lying can come in many forms, but all are misrepresenting the truth. If we are manipulating we are lying trying to get the best situation for ourselves. If we are saying things behind another's back that we would not say to their face, spreading disharmony within a community, we are in another way lying, by being two faced.

We should strive to be in harmony both internally, and externally, by stopping our impulses to lie, both to ourselves and others in various forms.

At the end of the day I may be right, wrong, both, or neither.
