Whoever explains what has not been said or spoken by the Tathāgata as said or spoken by the Tathāgata.
And whoever explains what has been said or spoken by the Tathāgata as not said or spoken by the Tathāgata.
Mendicants, these are the two [types of speech] that defame the Tathāgata."
